James D. Pratt, CEO
Jim graduated in 1984 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta and in 1987 with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario. After completing his MBA, Mr. Pratt joined the investment banking firm of Midland Walwyn Capital Inc. (now Merrill Lynch Canada) and became a Vice-President in its corporate finance department. In January 1992 Mr. Pratt joined the Company and from 1992 to 1995 he served as the President of Sepp’s Fine Foods Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company. Since 1995, he has served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company and was named CEO in November 2007.
Alan V. Maddox, President
Alan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from St. Mary’s University, Nova Scotia. After completing his studies in 1980, Mr. Maddox joined McCain Foods Ltd. where he held sales positions of increasing responsibility. From 1987 to 1988, Mr. Maddox served as the Export Sales Manager for McCain Foods Ltd. and in 1988 became the Director of Export Sales for McCain Foods. He was responsible for sales to 71 countries around the world including countries in the Far East, the Caribbean, the Middle East and Latin America. Mr. Maddox joined the Company in May of 1994, when he assumed the position of Vice-President, Sales & Marketing. He was named President of the Company in November 2007. |

Carl Tillberg, Chief Operating Officer
Carl graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in 1987 and immediately joined the Campbell Soup Company. There he held various sales and distribution logistics positions in its fresh mushroom operations in Manitoba and Ontario. In 1994 Carl began his direct involvement in manufacturing as General Manager of Crocus Foods in Manitoba, a fresh-cut vegetable and salad processor. Carl joined the Sepp’s Group as General Manager of Sepp’s Fine Foods in May of 2000, and then moved to manage its BC bakery operation three years later. In June 2004 Carl was appointed President of the Bakery Division, with responsibility for the Ontario and BC bakery operations.
